It’s for this reason the company has decided to expand to the US, to supercharge its impact. They need a winning team to execute this plan and assert themselves as both global leaders shaping the Responsible AI policy agenda, and pioneers in deploying commercial auditing solutions. We are seeking an experienced, mission-driven and dynamic Head of Automation to join our client. You will be responsible for defining and implementing technical strategy. You will deploy new technologies, and coordinate and execute the development of a new product, key for the company’s growth and scalability. The product is an Algorithmic Audit Platform, an automated, scalable audit solution that incorporates human intervention at crucial times to ensure fair, accountable outcomes. Also, you will be an agent for technical innovation in the company. In your day-to-day, you will be a member of the Management Team and will work with its other members and the CEO and founder of the company. OFFERED: Indefinite contract (probationary period). For this position a gross-salary of 65 - 75k€ annually to be reviewed in your first year at the company. This position is full time. 100% Remote working. YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: - Bringing in product vision, owning and leading the strategy and establishing the product roadmap of an Algorithmic Audit Platform, an automated, scalable audit solution. - Conceptualizing and developing the product: collaborating with cross-functional teams to build a platform that revolutionizes algorithmic auditing processes. - Providing technical leadership and product delivery: leading the product development team, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines. - Developing an MVP by translating abstract guidance into detailed specifications; actively engaging in discussions and capturing requirements from stakeholders. - Partnering with business users to understand company internal management needs, provide mapping requirements and solutions, and spearheading the implementation of IT solutions within the organization, its setup, and customizations. - Embracing an iterative approach, continuously seeking customer feedback, and using data to drive improvement. - Continuously improving the performance of the product, enhancing its business metrics and achieving great UX for our customers. - Leveraging your entrepreneurial mindset to identify opportunities, evaluate risks, and make informed decisions that align with the company's vision. - Sharing the company's passion for ethical technology. Staying up to date with the latest advancements and fostering a culture of innovation within the organization.

Requisits

• Experiència 5 anys. Previous experience in similar positions. Experience working in remote and cloud-based environments. Knowledge and experience in the implementation of training itineraries for non-technical staff. will be valued: have a minimum of 5 years in a senior technology leadership role, and experience in managing technology teams, ideally in a start-up environment or a rapid-growth company. Have proven experience scaling and leading high-performance teams whilst retaining and growing careers within the team. Have strong business and product understanding. Have a proven technical background with a strong understanding of product development. Are experienced in developing data-led products, using ai / ml. Are highly analytical, strong on data, and extracting valuable insights from multiple data sources.
