Location: Granollers Position: IT Support Associate/Representative Start Date: September 2024 Contract Type: Direct hire by the company Annual Gross Salary: €30,000 - €40,000 Shift: 8h to 17h Job Description: The successful candidate will provide comprehensive technical support, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our IT infrastructure. This role involves a mix of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting, as well as user support and system administration. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for personal computer hardware, software, and specialized mainframe technology. - Set up and configure desktop computers, peripherals, and accounts, assigning appropriate security levels. -Install software and repair hardware and peripherals. -Maintain IT security, ensure IT compliance, and prepare audit reports. -Troubleshoot and diagnose problems. Serve as a technical resource to the unit. - Maintain, update, or manage databases and websites within prescribed guidelines. - Administer Domain/LDAP/NAS/File Server user accounts. - Design and produce network diagrams and manage network devices (Switches/Wireless APs). - Manage system equipment upgrades and IT equipment inventory. Requisits

• Experiència 5 anys. - education: college degree strongly preferred. High school graduate or equivalent with microsoft windows server management training, computer operations training, or experience in a multi-operation system - skills and experience: three years + of related experience providing customer service in a technological environment. Knowledge of a variety of hardware, software, and operation systems. Basic knowledge of network protocols (lan/wan technologies) and some experience with computer applications and operating systems. - bilingual proficiency: fluent in both spanish and english (spoken and written)
