Detall de les funcions del lloc de feina
We are looking for a part-time on-site role as a Receptionist working on the weekend shift : Saturday & Sunday 10h00-17h00. The main responsibilities are: 1) Welcome patients - New patients register - Make them sign RGPD - Give welcome Pack 2) Process Billing : - Prepare and send invoice - Register payment - Cash closing at the end of the shift 3) Inform patients : - Give medical insurance refund information - About our doctors and services. 4) Followup of appointment - Schedule next patient appointments - Register Recalls to Patients. - Send samples to the laboratory in the evening.
Requisits
- Experiència 1 anys. Experience in similar position as receptionist or jobs related to customer service. experience in providing exceptional patient experiences. previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting is a plus.
- Espanyol (parlat c1 - d.funcional, escrit c1 - d.funcional)
- Anglès (parlat c1 - d.funcional, escrit c1 - d.funcional)
- Competències / coneixements: fluency in spanish and english. strong interpersonal and communication skills. ability to work well in a multilingual and multicultural environment. availability to work weekends and holidays if needed.
