As a Data Analytics Engineer at Reloadly, you will be part of a Data Management team that is modernizing and transforming our data and reporting capabilities across multiple verticals by implementing a new modernized data architecture. The Lead Data Engineer will design and develop highly scalable and extensible data platforms which enable collection, storage, distribution, modeling, and analysis of large data sets from numerous channels. This position requires an innovative software engineer who is passionate about data & data quality.

Treat Data as a Product by owning the end-to-end data pipeline and understanding the business needs and use cases. Implement the necessary tools and processes to make data Discoverable, Addressable, Self-describing and interoperable, Trustworthy, and secure. Build efficient and reliable data pipelines to transform data (both large and small amounts) and consolidate a semantic layer for the business units. Build and Monitor scalable solutions that align with our data governance standards and architectural road map for data integrations, data storage, reporting, and analytic solutions. Establish and follow data governance processes and guidelines to ensure data availability, usability, consistency, and security. Collaborate with engineering and business teams to improve data models that feed business intelligence tools, increasing data accessibility and fostering data-driven decision-making across the organization

Requisitos

• Experiencia 3 años. 3+ years of relevant work experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, business intelligence, or related fields.
• inglés (hablado K, escrito K)
• Competencias / conocimientos: Expert-level in writing and optimizing SQL queries with large, complex datasets and designing data schemas within data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, etc).Proficiency in Python. Ability to think out of the box, work autonomously, and design end-to-end solutions. Agile software development methodologies. Orchestrating data pipelines using SQL and Jinja (DBT) Creating dashboards and reports using BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Quicksights, etc). Apache Airflow as a workflow orchestrator and developing in a Linux environment. Version control systems like Git / GitHub.
