We are looking for a high-energy Customer Support Specialist for the Spanish-speaking markets to join our Customer Success Department. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will: Provide incredible support to the clients by showing great reactivity in solving accounting-related questions they may have by phone, chat, or email... Educate users on how to manage their business better with all the tools that Holded offers Proactively identify issues before arising Working cross-functionally with the Sales and Product teams. Keeping track of clients' feedback and suggesting improvements. Ensure that best-in-class service is given to customers A passion for teamwork and collaboration - you’ll be working with multiple teams regularly and will help build the Customer Success “brand” across our entire organization.


  • Experiencia 5 años. We are looking for a experienced customer support with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Título de grado
  • Diplomatura o ingeniería técnica - administración y dirección de empresas-ciencias empresariales
  • Inglés (hablado c1 - d.funcional, escrito c1 - d.funcional)
  • Español (hablado c2 - d.maestría, escrito c2 - d.maestría)
