We are looking for an innovative GTM Engineer to join our team (hybrid or remote model). What You’ll Do? - Build and Optimize GTM Systems: Design data-driven strategies using tech tools to create hyper-personalized outreach campaigns. - Manage the GTM Tech Stack: Administer, integrate, and optimize tools like Clay, Apollo, LeadMagic, Albacross, Ocean, Trigify, Common Room, Smartlead, Lemlist, and more, ensuring seamless operations. - Experiment and Innovate: Conduct A/B testing, leverage AI-powered automation, and identify new growth opportunities in the customer journey. - Empower Sales and Marketing Teams: Use data insights to prioritize high-potential accounts, refine scoring models, and align outreach efforts with ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles). - Optimize the Lead Funnel: Develop processes for lead assignment, nurturing strategies, and account-based targeting to maximize pipeline coverage.

Requisitos

• Experiencia 2 años. What we’re looking for - technical expertise: hands-on experience with clay or similar platforms, data enrichment tools, and email marketing systems. - analytical mindset: ability to use data for strategic decision-making and process improvement. - gtm operations experience: background in gtm operations, revenue operations, or related b2b environments. - collaborative skills: proven success in aligning sales, marketing, and revenue strategies. - languages: advanced english is essential; spanish is a plus.
