Located in the center of Barcelona, Spain, the clinics are open 7 days a week and offer same-day appointments throughout the year. The multilingual team provides personalized services to make patients feel at ease.

Detalle de las funciones del puesto de trabajo

This is an on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Turó Park Clinics located in Barcelona. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering patients' inquiries, providing assistance and resolving issues through the different communication channels (face to face, phone, email, chat). Additionally, the selected candidate will be supporting reception performing tasks such as welcoming patients, processing billing, informing patients as well as following up of appointments. The representative will elaborate reports and perform other administrative duties as required.

Requisitos

• Experiencia 1 años. Customer service representatives and customer support skills minimum of 1 year. customer satisfaction and customer experience skills.
• Español (hablado c1 - d.funcional, escrito c1 - d.funcional)
• Francés (hablado c1 - d.funcional, escrito c1 - d.funcional)
• Inglés (hablado c1 - d.funcional, escrito c1 - d.funcional)
• Competencias / conocimientos: mandatory to communicate effectively in english, spanish, and french. excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. experience using customer service software and databases. high level of patience, empathy, and professionalism.

Condiciones del puesto de trabajo

• Contrato laboral indefinido
• Jornada parcial (4 horas - jornada diaria)
• Otros datos de interés: flexibility to cover different shifts. experience working in a medical or healthcare environment will be a plus. bachelor's degree in any field. schedule: monday to friday / 4pm-8pm
