The clinics offer personalized services in multiple languages, including English, French, and Spanish, catering to international patients, locals, expats, and tourists. Operating 7 days a week, the clinics provide same-day appointments for various medical and aesthetic procedures.

Detalle de las funciones del puesto de trabajo

We are looking for a part-time on-site role as a Receptionist working on the weekend shift : Saturday & Sunday 10h00-17h00. The main responsibilities are: 1) Welcome patients - New patients register - Make them sign RGPD - Give welcome Pack 2) Process Billing : - Prepare and send invoice - Register payment - Cash closing at the end of the shift 3) Inform patients : - Give medical insurance refund information - About our doctors and services. 4) Followup of appointment - Schedule next patient appointments - Register Recalls to Patients. - Send samples to the laboratory in the evening.

Requisitos

• Experiencia 1 años. Experience in similar position as receptionist or jobs related to customer service. Experience in providing exceptional patient experiences. Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting is a plus.

• Competencias / conocimientos: Fluency in Spanish and English. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work well in a multilingual and multicultural environment. Availability to work weekends and holidays if needed.
