Detalle de las funciones del puesto de trabajo

We are looking for a trilingual Receptionist and Patient Experience to join our team during summer time to support us with the team's holiday coverage. The functions are the following: - Front Desk tasks involving the welcome to new patients, processing the billing after the visit, informing about our doctors and services as well as follow-up on appointments. - Responsible for answering patients' inquiries, providing assistance and resolving issues through the different communication channels (face to face, phone, email, chat).

Requisitos

• Experiencia 3 meses. - Previous experience in similar roles involving client interaction. - Prior experience in medical services is a plus.
• español (hablado K, escrito K)
• inglés (hablado K, escrito K)
• francés (hablado G, escrito G)
• Competencias / conocimientos: - Fluent in Spanish, English and French. - Good communication skills. - Ability to work well in a multilingual and multicultural environment.

Condiciones del puesto de trabajo

• Contrato laboral temporal (3 meses)
• Jornada completa
• Otros datos de interés: This position is intended to cover holiday periods from our current team and involves different shift coverages. Flexibility to cover different schedules throughout the period is required.
