Detall de les funcions del lloc de feina

LES FUNCIONS DEL LLOC DE TREBALL SÓN: - DONAR SUPORT I ACOMPANYAMENT A LES PERSONES USUÀRIES EN VISITES MÈDIQUES, VISITES FAMILIARS, COMPRES, TRÀMITS JUDICIALS, GESTIONS DIVERSES, ETC. - REALITZAR EL SEGUIMENT DE LES PERSONES USUÀRIES EN LES ÀREES DE SALUT, OCI I FORMACIÓ, OCUPACIÓ, HABITATGE, RELACIONS PERSONALS, ENTRE ALTRES, A TRAVÉS D'UN CONTACTE DIRECTE I REGULAR AMB LES PERSONES USUÀRIES VETLLANT PER LA SEVA QUALITAT DE VIDA. - CERCAR I OFERIR ELS SUPORTS NECESSARIS QUE PERMETIN A LES PERSONES USUÀRIES DESENVOLUPAR EL SEU PROJECTE DE VIDA. - ACOMPANYAR I DONAR SUPORT A LES PERSONES USUÀRIES EN LA PRESA DE DECISIONS. - DEFENSAR I VETLLAR PELS DRETS DE LES PERSONES AMB DISCAPACITAT. - REALITZAR REUNIONS PERIÒDIQUES I COORDINACIONS.

Requisits

• Experiència 2 anys. Es valorarà experiència en el sector de la discapacitat intel·lectual i en entitats de suport. coneixements informàtics a nivell usuari (word, excel, outlook, internet...).
• Títol fp de grau superior
• Integració social
• Espanyol (parlat superior, escrit superior)
• Català (parlat superior, escrit superior)
• Competències / coneixements: titulació acadèmica: integració social.
• Permisos de conduir: b

Condicions del lloc de treball

• Contracte laboral indefinit
• Jornada completa
• Altres beneficis: imprescindible carnet de conduir b. jornada completa en horari flexible. conveni de centres i serveis d'atenció especialitzada a persones amb discapacitat. salari brut mensual: 1.360€ x 14 pagues.
