As a Consumer Insight Analyst with a focus on social media (especially IG and TikTok) you will leverage social listening tools and data analysis to provide actionable insights for our fashion & beauty clients. What will be your main challenges? Social Media Analysis: You will monitor and analyse social media platforms contents to identify trends, key stakeholders , and conversations relevant to the fashion and beauty sectors. Consumer Insights: Generating comprehensive evaluations on consumer behaviour, preferences and interests, and emerging trends to guide client strategies will be a crucial for your success in the position. Data Interpretation: You will utilise social listening tools to extract and interpret data, providing actionable insights and actionable recommendations. Market Research: Conducting competitive analysis and benchmarking to understand market positioning and consumer perceptions.

Requisits

  • Experiència 3 anys. What will make you succeed? bachelor’s degree in marketing, social sciences or a related field is a plus. excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high proficiency in english. proficiency in social listening tools. advanced skills in microsoft excel, including data manipulation and pivot tables. strong analytical and critical thinking skills. familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies. fashion & beauty: deep interest in and understanding of the fashion, beauty and fragrance industry.
