We’re looking for a B2B Marketer with expertise in GTM (Go-to-Market) strategies, particularly those focused on outbound channels. The ideal candidate will also have the skills to manage and grow an engaged community of professionals passionate about GTM, RevOps, B2B marketing, and outbound sales. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive engagement and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities: Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Develop and Implement GTM Strategies: Design and execute comprehensive B2B GTM strategies, with a strong emphasis on outbound channels, to effectively reach target markets and achieve business objectives. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, informing strategic decisions and positioning. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of GTM plans. Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of GTM initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders. Community Management: Community Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for our growing community of professionals in GTM, RevOps, B2B marketing, and outbound sales, fostering a vibrant and inclusive environment. Content Creation and Curation: Develop and share engaging content, including blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates, to stimulate discussion and add value to the community. Event Planning and Execution: Organize and manage both virtual and in-person events, such as webinars, workshops, and meetups, to facilitate knowledge sharing and networking among community members. Feedback Loop: Gather insights and feedback from the community to inform product development, marketing strategies, and customer support improvements. Additional Responsibilities: Tool Integration and Management: Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of marketing and community engagement tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics to assess the impact of marketing campaigns and community initiatives, making informed adjustments to strategies as needed. Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent messaging and representation across all community interactions and marketing materials. This role requires a dynamic individual who can seamlessly integrate GTM strategic planning with proactive community management to drive growth and engagement in the B2B sector.

Requisits

  • Experiència 2 anys. B2b marketing expertise: minimum of 3 years in b2b marketing, with a proven track record in developing and executing successful gtm strategies, particularly in outbound channels. community management: hands-on experience managing professional communities, with the ability to engage, grow, and retain members. gtm strategy development: understanding of gtm frameworks, segmentation, and positioning, with experience aligning cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes. content creation: ability to create and curate high-quality content tailored to professional audiences. data-driven decision making: familiarity with analytics tools to measure the performance of campaigns and community initiatives, using insights to refine strategies. tools & platforms: proficiency in marketing platforms (e.g., hubspot, marketo), automation and enrichment platforms (clay, lemllist, ...), crm tools, and community management platforms (e.g., slack, discord, whatsapp or similar).
