The clinics offer personalized services in multiple languages, including English, French, and Spanish, catering to international patients, locals, expats, and tourists. Operating 7 days a week, the clinics provide same-day appointments for various medical and aesthetic procedures.

Detall de les funcions del lloc de feina

We are looking for a part-time on-site role as a Front-Desk in our clinic working on a shift covering Monday to Friday with the following working hours: 8am-12pm. This position is intended to reinforce and support the team during a period of 3 months approximately. The main responsibilities are: 1) Welcome patients - New patients register - Make them sign RGPD - Give welcome Pack 2) Process Billing : - Prepare and send invoice - Register payment - Cash closing at the end of the shift 3) Inform patients : - Give medical insurance refund information - About our doctors and services. 4) Followup of appointment - Schedule next patient appointments - Register Recalls to Patients.

Requisits

• Experiència 1 anys. Experience in similar position as receptionist or jobs related to customer service. Experience in providing exceptional patient experiences. Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting is a plus.
• espanyol (parlat K, escrit K)
• anglès (parlat K, escrit K)
• Competències / coneixements: Fluency in Spanish and English. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work well in a multilingual and multicultural environment. Availability to work weekends and holidays if needed.

Condicions del lloc de treball

• Contracte laboral temporal (3 mesos)
