We are seeking a Sales and Customer Care professional to join our commercial team. Full professional proficiency and fluency in English are essential. The role involves managing, coordinating, and implementing sales strategies, as well as delivering personalized customer service to our clients. We offer: - Initial 6-month contract with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position - Full-time role (40 hours per week), on-site - Daily schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday - Salary to be negotiated based on the candidate’s profile after the first stage of the selection process - Excellent opportunity for professional growth within a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Immediate start

- Master product catalogue - Market and sales analysis to identify opportunities - Manage and coordinate national and international B2B client portfolio (Customer Care) - Design, develop and implement sales strategies - Close collaboration with Sales and Distribution Director - Liaise with different departments

Requisits

  • Experiència 3 anys. We will positively appreciate previous experience in similar positions or task assumptions in either toys, kids or craft sectors. Key requirements: - Business Degree or related qualification - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both English and Spanish/Catalan - General business knowledge - Excel, CRM-ERP user and email marketing tools (e.g. MailChimp or similar) - High service orientation
