Operating 7 days a week, the clinics provide same-day appointments for various medical and aesthetic procedures.

Detall de les funcions del lloc de feina

We are looking for a professional to join our team to perform Customer Service -Call Center tasks and support us during the maternity leave of one of our team members. The functions are the following: - Answering inbound calls: promptly handling incoming calls and providing assistance to patients. - Providing assistance and resolving issues through the communication channels email and chat. - Making outbound calls: proactively reaching out to patients in order to change appointments or follow up on important information. - Documenting Interactions: Logging detailed notes in the internal system for quality assurance and follow-up purposes.

Requisits

• Experiència 1 anys. - 12 months experience in customer service tasks. - Experience in the Health Sector will be a plus.
• TÍTOL FP DE GRAU MIG
• espanyol (parlat Superior, escrit Superior)
• anglès (parlat Superior, escrit Superior)
• Competències / coneixements: - Fluent in Spanish and English. - French is not required but will be a plus. - Good communication skills. - Ability to work well in a multilingual and multicultural environment.

Condicions del lloc de treball

• Contracte laboral temporal (6 mesos)
• Jornada completa
• Altres dades d'interès: - This vacancy is for a full-time position. - The schedule is as follows: 12-20h Monday- Friday. - As part of the internal organization, all team members cover at least 2 public holidays throughout the year on a voluntary basis.
