The Project Management Unit from CTTC is seeking for a full-time candidate to fill in the position of International Project Manager. Convocatòria corresponent a l’oferta d’ocupació pública per a l’exercici 2021 (Taxa de reposició) publicada al DOGC núm. 8543, de 15.11.2021. In compliance with the General Law on the rights of people with disabilities and their social inclusion, it is agreed to reserve a place in the first round to be filled among people with a degree of disability equal to or greater than 30%.

Detalle de las funciones del puesto de trabajo

• Prepare administrative and financial documents for reports, justifications of projects and audits. • Advice and support researchers in the preparation of project proposals and searching for new calls. • Liaise with funding agencies, national contact points, coordinators and other actors. • Any other duties related to the job as requested to contribute to the general functioning of Project Management Unit. • Contribute and monitor the processes derived of the quality seal on R&D AENOR UNE 166002:2014.

Requisitos

• Experiencia 2 años. • Previous experience in research management, of EU Projects (H2020, HEU, ESA) and National scheme projects (PID, UNICO, FPI). • At least 2 years’ experience in research centers (CERCA Center will be highly valued). In addition, we will value: • Postgraduate studies in Project Management or similar. • Any further studies in project management and research, project proposal preparation, etc. • Knowledge of SAP Business One • Experience with Permat software

• Competencias / conocimientos: • Ability to work with different software applications. • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package. • Ability to work under deadlines and handle varying workloads with high responsibility and independency • Excellent organizational skills, excellent attention to detail and ability to plan and organize work. • Proactivity • Promotes and creates a positive work environment • Analytical ability: able to develop, interpret and monitor data
